TribeTracker ("we", "our", "the app") is an adult wellness and habit challenge app that lets you create or join challenges, track daily habits, and participate with others. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name to create your account.
Profile information: You may optionally provide a profile photo. The app uses your device camera or photo library to capture or select an image. Photos are stored securely in our cloud storage.
Challenge and habit data: We store the challenges you create or join, your daily check-ins, streaks, and leaderboard standings.
Chat messages: Messages you send in group or direct conversations are stored to provide the chat functionality.
Device information: We collect push notification tokens to send you reminders and updates. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purposes.
Organization information: If an organization sponsors your access, we store your membership, Team assignments, management roles, invitation status, and Sponsored Pro eligibility.
AI feature information: If you choose an AI-assisted feature, we process the prompt and the information you deliberately include to generate a draft or response. The app asks for consent before personal information is sent for AI processing.
The app requests access to your device camera and photo library solely for the purpose of setting a profile photo or challenge background image. We do not access your camera or photos for any other purpose. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud platform used for authentication, database storage, and file storage. We use access controls designed to limit data to authorized users and services. Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest. The app also stores data locally on your device for offline functionality.

We retain account and activity information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve reports, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. You can initiate account deletion in the app or review our account deletion instructions. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain, including user-generated content associated with your account. If deletion takes additional time, we will explain the expected timing. Deleting your TribeTracker account does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple or Google; the app provides a way to manage that subscription.
TribeTracker's initial release is intended for adults and does not provide student or child accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
