Delete your account
You can permanently delete your TribeTracker account and associated personal data from the app or the TribeTracker Dashboard.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Menu, then Account & Security.
- Select Delete account permanently and complete the confirmation steps.
- Sign in to the TribeTracker Dashboard.
- Open your account menu, then select Account & security.
- Type the confirmation word and select Delete account permanently.
If you cannot sign in
Email InfoTribeTracker@gmail.com from the address associated with the account. We will verify the request before deleting the account.
What deletion includes
Deletion removes your account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain, including user-generated content associated with your account. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Store subscriptions
Deleting your TribeTracker account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription through the applicable store's subscription settings to prevent future renewals.
