Using TribeTracker

TribeTracker provides adult wellness and habit-support tools. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. The launch service is not intended for children or student accounts.

Wellness, not medical care

TribeTracker provides general wellness information and habit-support features. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, addiction-treatment, or emergency services. Seek qualified professional help when appropriate.

Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant TribeTracker a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You must have the right to share it and follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Memberships and organizations

Free features and limits are shown in the app. Individual Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store that handles the purchase. An organization may provide Sponsored Pro access for a defined period. Organization access can end if the sponsorship expires or your organization membership ends; your personal account and personal history remain yours.

Subscriptions

Apple App Store or Google Play purchases are billed and managed by that store under its terms. Prices and renewal periods are displayed before purchase. You can restore eligible purchases and open the applicable store's subscription-management controls from the app. Deleting a TribeTracker account does not automatically cancel store billing.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review and edit generated drafts before using or sharing them. Do not rely on AI output for medical, safety-critical, legal, or financial decisions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TribeTracker available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the service improves. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the app or this page.

Ending use

You may stop using TribeTracker and initiate account deletion from the app. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
